Our Story

Peron No.4 restaurant pays tribute to its founder's Kosovan roots, honouring cherished memories from his childhood. Fond recollections of assisting his father in selling fresh produce instilled a deep appreciation for family and food, fostering a sense of unity. This sentiment resonates in Naze's life here London, where he's drawn to the bustling restaurant scene, driven by a passion for exceptional cuisine and hospitality. After years of dedicated effort, it's a pinnacle achievement for Naz to invite patrons into his culinary haven, offering his signature recipes and drinks infused with Mediterranean flavours and nostalgia.

In 1997 Nazmi experienced the heartbreaking results of the war, which ended the successful family business, but he was fortunate to arrive in the UK. With over 20 years experience of hard work, determination and commitment in the restaurant and catering industry, Nazmi is ready to run his own.

He learnt to prepare delicious traditional Kosovan food from his mum, a real master of her craft. His help in the kitchen as a young boy ignited a strong belief that very simple foods prepared with lots of love and passion, can steal people’s hearts and make them ask for more. Welcome to Peron Nº4!
